QC pass and fail

How to accept a goatedbuy spreadsheet item without talking yourself into it.

Put the listing photo and the warehouse photo side by side. Color family, hardware, and print should agree.

Check the size tag or the tape against the remark you wrote, not against the size you wish you wore.

Stains, holes, and the wrong product are fails. A fail becomes a return inside China, not a hopeful shipment.

Accept in the agent account so the item can join a parcel. Leaving it undecided spends the storage window.
